1. Purpose of AI at SDK
SDK uses artificial intelligence (AI) as a support tool to provide fast, consistent, and easily accessible information. The AI solution is designed to support service and access to information – not to replace human interaction or make decisions on behalf of SDK.
AI is primarily used for trainee-related information, practical questions, and general guidance on career pages.
2. What the AI chat can and cannot do
SDK’s AI chat provides guidance based on selected information materials. The chatbot can assist with general information and direct users to relevant resources or contact persons.
The chatbot cannot assess individual circumstances, specific employment matters, or agreements, and cannot provide legal or binding answers. Errors or incomplete responses may occur.
3. Human responsibility
The AI chat is designed to supplement – not replace – human interaction. SDK employees always have the final responsibility for advice and decision-making. If a question requires individual assessment, the user will be referred to HR or a relevant contact person.
4. Data sources
The AI solution uses a limited dataset based on selected information from SDK’s website. The chatbot does not have access to internal systems, sensitive information, or confidential data.
5. Data processing
User inputs may be logged for operational purposes, quality assurance, and improvement of the solution. Chats are stored for up to 6 months.
Data is processed via the external provider Stack AI, which acts as a data processor for SDK. Entered information is not used to train the language model. Users should avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information in the chat.
6. Data protection
SDK uses AI in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. The solution is limited to publicly available material and does not have access to internal databases.
7. Cookies and technical implementation
The AI chat is integrated into the website via a plugin and may rely on functional cookies. Any use of cookies is in accordance with SDK’s cookie policy.
